Central City Hotel Rochat Basel

We loved this hotel! The location was perfect - close to everything including transportation and the Christmas markets. The room was spacious, clean, and had great facilities like a fridge and safe. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was excellent, with hot and cold options. I especially enjoyed the fresh bread and cheeses. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing directions to a nearby restaurant. Although the room was small, it had a comfortable bed. I recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located close to the train station and a church, but not disturbed by the bells. Rooms are spacious, modern, and well-appointed, with free tourist passes provided. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Staff are friendly and helpful. Quiet area with easy access to amenities.

The location was superb, close to the market square and in the Old Town where all the sights were within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants around. Our room was adequate, with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of food options.

The staff seemed indifferent and unwelcoming towards us and other guests.

Everything was excellent and clean, I truly enjoyed staff and location. It was surely a wonderful stay for your visit.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family of four. The staff was helpful and kind, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the convenient location, just a short walk away from the main attractions of the city.

The hallways were quite depressing and could use some updating. there was no lotion provided in the bathroom, a small inconvenience.

Staff were perfect and supportive, everything was good. It was a very comfortable stay, you could leave a car nearby. Had no problem using their secure parking, the internet was very good.
